Psi Chi is the international honor society in psychology. The UTM

chapter of Psi Chi was founded in 1974. It holds regular 

meetings, hosts academic and social events, and schedules 

speakers on careers, research, and graduate training. 

Membership requirements for Psi Chi include being a major or 

minor in psychology, having completed or being enrolled in one's 

fourth psychology course, having a minimum of 3.0 GPA overall 

with a minimum of 3.2 GPA in psychology courses.
